Terms of Service

1.1 Definitions

In these Terms of Service (“Terms”), the following definitions apply:

• “NoCodePro.AI”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to NoCodePro.AI.
• “Service” refers to the NoCodePro.AI platform, including all features, tools, AI assistants, and related services.
• “User”, “you” or “your” refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
• “Content” refers to any data, code, text, prompts, graphics, or other materials you upload to or create through the Service.
• “Generated Output” refers to code, text, images, and other materials produced for you by the Service’s AI tools.
• “AI Credits” refers to the usage units consumed when you use AI-powered features of the Service.

1.2 Acceptance

By accessing or using NoCodePro.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” refers to that organisation.

2.1 Registration

To access most features you must register for an account and explicitly accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information;
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.2 Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to keep your password confidential, enable available security features (such as two-step verification), and notify us immediately at legal@nocodepro.ai of any unauthorised use.

4.1 Plans and billing

The Service is offered on a free tier and several paid subscription tiers, as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes (calculated via Stripe Tax) shown at checkout;
• Provide accurate billing information;
• Authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period.
• Comply with Stripe’s terms and acceptable-use policies, which govern payment processing.

We may change our fees or plans with at least 30 days’ notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may retry the charge and may suspend or downgrade your account and restrict paid features until amounts due are paid. You are responsible for chargebacks or disputes you raise without a valid basis, and we may recover reasonable costs and suspend accounts involved in payment fraud or abuse.

4.2 AI credits

Most AI-powered features consume AI Credits. Ask the AI Team — asking, planning and advice — is included on every plan up to a monthly allowance; beyond it, deeper answers consume AI Credits. Paid plans include a monthly credit allotment as shown on the pricing page; the free plan receives a one-time starting grant rather than a monthly one. The following terms apply:

• Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next period;
• Credits are consumed by activities that produce work for you — a full consultation, code generation, deployment checks, and image generation; more capable AI models consume proportionally more credits. Ask the AI Team is not charged within your plan’s monthly allowance;
• Separately purchased credit packs and promotional/bonus credits are durable grants that are not reset by your monthly cycle;
• AI Credits are a licence to use the Service, have no cash value, are not transferable, and are non-refundable once used.
• Unused AI Credits (including purchased and bonus credits) are forfeited when your account is closed, terminated for breach, or deleted, except where a refund is required by law.

4.3 Refunds

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. As a goodwill policy, a paid-plan payment may be refunded if you request it within 7 days of that payment and you have used less than 10% of that billing period’s AI credits. Credits you have already spent are not refundable. Unused credits from a one-time pack are refundable pro-rata within 14 days of purchase. 4.4 Creator templates

Buying. Creator templates are made by independent creators and sold to you by NoCodePro.AI, which takes the payment, issues your receipt, and charges any VAT or sales tax due. A purchase gives you a copy in your account and a licence to change it and ship applications built from it; you may not resell it as a template. Purchases are final, but if a template does not work as described you can report it within 30 days, and you keep it while we look at the report. Your statutory rights always apply.

Selling. Listing a template is governed by the Creator Templates Seller Agreement, which you accept before you list. In short: we sell your template to buyers and handle the tax on the sale; your share is sent to your connected Stripe account 32 days after each sale; and what you earn is your own income to report.
