Company login
Sign in with the account they already have. Google, GitHub, Microsoft and Apple. Nothing new to create, and no password for you to reset later.
Email and password still work. So do passkeys and one-time sign-in links, for the people on your team who prefer them.
Or your company’s own login. Enter a work domain and single sign-on takes over, so the system you already trust decides who gets in.
And they are in. Single sign-on hands back to the same dashboard everyone else uses. Nothing to install, and no separate console to learn.
Adding a teammate
Add someone by role, not by ticket. An admin types the address, picks what the person may do, and sends. There is no queue in between.
The seat count moves as you send. Seats are counted against the plan’s 25, and nobody is charged per person on top of it.
The invite is on the record too. It expires in seven days if nobody uses it, and the send and the acceptance both land in the audit log.
Team audit log
Every action has a name against it. Sign-ins, role changes, billing and exports land in one stream, each with the person who did it and when.
Filter to the person you were asked about. Choosing a name narrows the log in place, so you read one person’s actions and nothing else.
Failures are kept, not swept. A change that did not go through holds its row in the same stream, flagged rather than hidden.
People & roles
Four roles, and the seat bar is the licence. Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer. Assigned seats and what is spare read from the same number the invoice bills.
Change what someone can do in two clicks. Open the row menu, choose the role, and the badge swaps. No re-invite, no support ticket.
The change writes itself down. The promotion lands in the audit log with the person who made it and the time, in the same stream as everything else.
Support
Say how bad it is before you write a word. Three severities, each with the kind of problem it means, so the request is triaged by you rather than guessed at by us.
The target is shown before you send. The panel beside the form states the first-reply window for the severity you picked, counted in business hours.
It gets a reference, not a black hole. The ticket has its own page, and replies land there and in your email.

Welcome
You start it, and you start it alone. The first screen of the product is the first thing that happens after you buy it. There is no call in between.
It is the same wizard on every plan. Enterprise does not get a different first screen, and it does not get one bolted on in front of it.
Your Experience
The product adapts to you. What you pick here changes the interface and the suggestions you are shown — never what you are allowed to build.
Nothing here is gated behind us. You answer and you continue. There is no approval step, and nothing is provisioned on our side first.
Workspace
This is where a setup phase would normally go. Naming a workspace and claiming an address is the whole of it, and both are yours to choose.
The address is checked as you type. A name that is already taken is refused here, not discovered after the whole team has been sent to it.
First Project
By the fourth screen you are building. Describe it, start from a template, or start from nothing — three ways in, all of them on this screen.
This is the product, not a trial of it. The project made here is the one your team keeps working in afterwards.
Meet the Agents
Then you meet the departments. Each one is a lead agent and the AI Specialists reporting to it, read from the roster the product actually ships.
All 30 of them on Enterprise. Lower plans meet a subset. Nobody has to ask for the rest to be switched on.
