Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using NoCodePro.AI, including its AI features. It forms part of, and is governed by, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Acceptable use

You may use NoCodePro.AI to:

• Build legitimate web and mobile applications for personal or business use;
• Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and templates;
• Develop applications that comply with applicable laws and third-party rights;
• Collaborate with team members on authorised projects.

3. Prohibited activities

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• Create or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
• Harass, abuse, defraud, or harm others, or generate hateful, deceptive, or sexually exploitative content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or other accounts;
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications, or mine cryptocurrency without authorisation;
• Take any action that could harm, overload, or impair our infrastructure or other users;
• Create, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualises or endangers minors.

4. AI and platform integrity

When using AI features and AI Credits, you may NOT:

• Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or evade credit metering, billing, rate limits, or other technical controls;
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account, access, or AI Credits with unauthorised parties;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service except via features we provide;
• Use the Service or its Generated Output to train, fine-tune, or build a competing AI model or service;
• Use prompt injection or other techniques to misuse the AI, exfiltrate other users’ data, or produce content that violates this AUP or our providers’ usage policies.

5. Content standards

Content you create or generate must not include illegal content, content promoting illegal activity or discrimination, sexually explicit or exploitative material, content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, or misleading or fraudulent content.

6. Enforcement

Breaches of this AUP may result in warnings, content removal, suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of unused credits where permitted, reporting to authorities, and legal action. We may act immediately where there is risk to the Service, users, or third parties. Serious breaches — such as fraud, account sharing, training a competing model, or illegal content — may result in immediate forfeiture of unused AI Credits and termination, and we may disclose account data to law enforcement where required by law or to prevent imminent harm.
