1. Overview
NoCodePro.AI respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content on the Service that you believe infringes your copyright or other IP rights, and how affected users can respond. This policy addresses copyright; trademark and other intellectual-property claims may be sent to legal@nocodepro.ai.
2. How to submit a notice
Send infringement notices to copyright@nocodepro.ai. To be actionable, your notice should include:
- Your name, contact details, and (if acting for a rights-holder) your authority to act;
- Identification of the copyrighted work or right you say is infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content and where it is located on the Service (e.g. a URL);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights-holder or the law;
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
3. Our response
We review valid notices and, where a notice is valid, remove or disable access to the content without undue delay and notify the affected user. We will respond as promptly as reasonably possible.
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@nocodepro.ai identifying the content, explaining why it should be restored, and providing your contact details. We may restore content where appropriate and permitted by law.
5. AI-generated content
You are responsible for ensuring that content you generate and publish using the Service does not infringe third-party rights. AI models may produce material similar to existing works; review your Generated Output before use. NoCodePro.AI is not liable where Generated Output infringes third-party rights; you are responsible for reviewing and clearing it before use.
6. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.
