What happens to my projects over time
How long your projects are kept on each plan, what happens if a project goes idle or you cancel, and how to keep or export everything.
What you'll learn
How long NoCodePro.AI keeps your projects, what happens when a free project sits idle or a paid plan ends, and how to make sure you never lose anything you care about. The short version: your blueprints and templates are always kept, your code is always exportable, and paid projects are never touched for inactivity while you're subscribed.
The quick answer
- Paid plans — while you're subscribed, your projects are kept in full. Nothing is paused or cleared for inactivity.
- Free Explorer plan — a project you haven't opened in 7 days is paused (set aside, not deleted), and if it stays untouched for 30 days its generated files are cleared to save storage.
- If you cancel a paid plan — your projects become view-only for a 60-day grace period so you can export or re-subscribe. After 60 days, generated files may be cleared.
- Always kept, on every plan — your blueprints, templates and project details are never deleted by this cleanup. Only generated code files and build artifacts are affected.
What "paused" and "cleared" mean
A paused project is simply set aside — it's still listed, and opening it brings it right back. Nothing is lost.
A cleared project has had its generated files removed to free up storage, but it keeps its blueprint and details. Because every project is built from its blueprint, you can reopen it and rebuild from that blueprint at any time.
Step 1 — Keep a free project active
On the free Explorer plan, the clock is per project and resets every time you open one. To keep a project active, just open it now and then — that's all it takes to reset the 7-day timer. Upgrading to any paid plan removes the inactivity timer entirely.
Step 2 — Export your code anytime
You can download your full code on every plan, including the free one, from the project menu. This is the surest way to keep a permanent copy. See Export your code for the steps.
Step 3 — If your plan ends
When a paid plan ends (you cancel, or a payment lapses), you don't lose anything right away:
- Your projects switch to view-only and you get a 60-day grace period.
- During those 60 days you can export your code or re-subscribe to restore full editing.
- Re-subscribe within 60 days and everything is restored exactly as it was.
- After 60 days, generated files may be cleared — but your blueprints, templates and project details are still kept.
Step 4 — If you're over your plan's project limit
If you downgrade to a plan with a lower project limit, your extra projects aren't deleted. The newest projects (up to your new limit) stay editable, and the rest become view-only until you're back under the limit — either by removing some projects or upgrading again.
Tips
- Your blueprint is the master copy — as long as it's kept (and it always is), a project can be rebuilt.
- Export early and often if a project matters to you; an exported copy is yours forever.
- Deployed apps stay live while your subscription is active.
